点评：I booked to take my son and 3 friends here and by the morning I had received no email confirmation! With a 2 hour trip ahead to get there I tried to call - no answer! Tried to email, it said 72 hour turn around! Tried to call 4 more times - no answer! I decided to risk going in the hope I had luckily photographed the order number. When I got there all was fine, but the amount of stress this caused was unreal. When I returned home I emailed to complain about not being able to contact them and not receiving confirmations, I was advised that it was their busy time and staff was limited and that was that! Awful Customer Service, basically told that the main thing was I had a nice day and the boys enjoyed it! I certainly did not have a nice day due to the amount of stress caused and not being able to contact them!
翻译：我预订了带儿子和他的3个朋友来这里，可到了早上仍没收到任何确认邮件！由于需要驱车两小时才能抵达，我试着打电话过去——无人接听！又发邮件，系统却显示处理时间需要72小时！我又打了4次电话，依旧无人应答！最后我决定冒险前往，希望自己幸运地拍下了订单编号。到了那里后一切正常，但这个过程给我带来的压力真是难以形容。回家后，我发邮件投诉说无法联系上他们，也收不到确认信息。对方回复称当时正值业务繁忙期，人手不足，仅此而已！客户服务糟糕透顶，他们基本上就是在告诉我：最重要的是我度过了一个愉快的一天，孩子们也玩得开心！但由于压力巨大且无法联系上他们，我这一天可一点都不愉快！
