点评:In May our party of 5 were booked to see The Spy who came in from the Cold. Unfortunately due to roadworks and heavy traffic I arrived on the steps of Richmond Theatre at 7.30 which was when the play was due to start. However my friends had left my ticket at the kiosk at the main entrance although it could not be found. I was told to go back down the steps to the side entrance & check with the booking office but still no ticket. The staff were extremely unhelpful & suggested I was at the wrong theatre! Eventually my ticket was found at the kiosk where I had asked on arrival! Latecomers were stiill arriving & being taken to their seats in the stalls but I was led upstairs to the upper gallery although I said I had vertigo & left there till the interval. The manager then appeared & offered to take me to my friends in the front stalls. I was furious & declined. My friends were actually ringing me from outside the Theatre as they could not think what had happened to me. Having been a loyal customer of Richmond Theatre for over 50 yrs I was disgusted with the rudeness & lack of customer care so I emailed ATG itself as not wanting my complaint ignored. However it took 2 weeks & a few more emails from me to get a response but with no explanation from another manager at Richmond Theatre. Extremely disappointing.
