Slightly disappointed with Workshop.

点评：Attended a glass workshop and afternoon tea. Enjoyed the workshop, but we were a little disappointed with our finished handkerchief tea light holders, which were posted to us. I understand that glass fusion is not a precise art, that each piece is individual and there are no guarantees of outcome. However ours were uneven, mine, shorter on one side as if it had not been placed centrally when slumped, my friends was really uneven. We did not see any like this in the shop for sale, they were more even. Also one of the larger pieces of glass on my friends had obviously moved before firing and should have been corrected first, to give a more pleasing outcome.
The afternoon tea afterwards was beautiful as was our stay at the cottage. I would return to the tea room and cottage, but not for the workshops.
