Great track, poor staff control
Lakeside Karting的点评
点评：I’ve been to lots of tracks inside and outside of Essex and was really excited about Lakeside Karting. I read a few poor reviews but wasn’t put off and the track looked amazing.
On the positive side the track and karts were great, as was all of the booking in and equipment set up.
On the negative, I did not feel at all safe on this track and several of my group sustained minor injuries. There were some absolute idiots on this track who did not care about anyone else-one guy in a white and blue helmet in particular who was smashing in to people, me included. Whilst I appreciate that the track staff are not in control of the clientele who book, they are in charge of the track conduct. Several warnings were given to some people but the aggressive behaviour continued. They should have been removed for the safety of others, but were allowed to continue. I heard several other people say the same as we were walking back to the kit room. I don’t fancy taking my teens back there due the type of people that were racing and the permissiveness of the track staff.
