点评：My wife and I recently did a tour in Italy with the wonderful company of Italia Sweet Italia. What a fantastic experience! From the very beginning when we signed up the owner, Fabrizio, was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. He provided all the information we needed to prepare for our trip as well. We are not frequent travelers and he gave us complete confidence that all would go well-and it did!
Everything from airport pickup to hotels to meals and activities was clearly spelled out. The transportation, lodging, meals and activities were all excellent. Most of the wonderful things we got to do and see we never would have found on our own.
Fabrizio has built great relationships with many facilities in order to provide his guests fantastic experiences. From visiting the Confetti factory to spending an evening in the beautiful hills near Vasto with an artist couple, from visiting a family winery for a tour and amazing lunch to wandering around ancient towns in Puglia, we had plenty to do and see but at an easy pace. Nothing was rushed or hurried. We had several opportunities to spend time exploring or shopping on our own as well.
Fabrizio and Katia made sure we all had a great time. Both are knowledgeable and very proud to show off their respective regions. They aremalso just very nice people. They made sure to take into account anyone’s food sensitivities as we had many different types of food, mostly of fresh locally produced ingredients. We got to make pasta and focaccia and cookies and drank wine and experienced local culture like we could not have imagined.
We would highly recommend Italia Sweet Italia to anyone interested in visiting southern Italy to get to see the real culture and taste the real food and wine of the region. No crowded big cities, just relaxed smaller towns with interesting histories.
