点评：The young performers company put on a great display at the multi use Custom House at South Shields revered, versatile theatre. (A treasure of our town).
It was the story of the Pop jukebox box musicals through the ages. The performers ranged from 5 or 6 to 15 or 16. The dancing, group singing and solos were brilliant. The first half was an hour long before a 15 minute break, then a 45 minute second half. Every pround parent, grandparent or friends awaited the stage door after the event to give their thanks for a great night.
The customs house is a very smart venue, the bar/ restaurant gets busy pre show and at the break. Prices are town cente prices. Staff were good, (no photos/videos allows during performances, strictly monitored).
Car parking is free but the original cobbled roads, rattle your fillings.
Films, plays, comedians, Christmas fayres, young performers company and traditional pantomimes all are at the venue.
