点评:Im amused the last review was by another West Australian! I drove here with my sons for Stuttgart on the way to the Nurburgring. It took about 90mins from memory. I dont imagine you would public transport it here. I believe the Mogs were made here (Gaggenau) until 2000, when they moved the site to Worth. This is a great little museum for this interested and my boys liked it even though not Unimog maniacs. The museum has easy parking. After the entrance fee, you can also pay for a 5 minute trip around the test track with a driver which needs to be done if you drove all this way! The museum is largely German, with some iPad info in English. It has some great cut aways of diffs/engines and portals but without English, a tad hard. It also has a great timeline of Mogs on display. It probably has about 20-30 vehicles and you can sit in one or two. There are quite a few kids play areas. The test track is a good fun for the kids. There is a shop with all sorts of things related to Unimog you would not see elsewhere including a lot of German books. The museum also includes a restaurant so you dont have to look for somewhere to eat as you are not exactly in a town! I think this was worthwhile and good fund, and hats off to those that put this niche museum together.
