点评:The exhibits at the Spirit Museum were excellent—engaging, well-designed, and absolutely worth seeing. Unfortunately, the service experience was the complete opposite.
One female staff member was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and she deserves recognition for her professionalism. However, my interaction at the bar left a very different impression. The male bartender repeatedly ignored me despite multiple opportunities to acknowledge and serve me. I waited while others were assisted and was never given even the basic courtesy of eye contact or a simple "I'll be with you shortly."
As an international visitor, I found the experience particularly disappointing. Whether intentional or not, I was left feeling unwelcome and overlooked. Given that the museum is located in one of Stockholm's major tourist destinations and serves visitors from around the world, that is not the impression any guest should leave with.
It's unfortunate because the quality of the exhibit deserves a much higher rating. The museum itself was memorable; the service was memorable for all the wrong reasons.
