点评：We organized a car outing with them as part of a corporate event, and unfortunately the service did not meet the expected standards.
The meeting point for the 30 vehicles was changed at the last minute without proper notice. Several of their cars had mechanical issues, and we were not informed of a change in the planned itinerary. In addition, there was no real support or guidance from the provider during the event preparation, which led to some unsafe situations.
The team on site also lacked professionalism and struggled to manage stress, which compromised the overall quality of the experience.
After acknowledging these issues, the provider initially promised a compensation. However, when it came time to finalize this agreement, the company’s managing director Sergio Ciampa eventually decided not to honor it, which we found disappointing and unprofessional.
