Exceeded expectations - Best massage I have ever had!

点评：I have already sent a separate email with more detailed feedback, but I wanted to leave a review here as well because my friend and I had such a wonderful experience.
The Evening Rejuvenate and Nourish Package was fantastic value, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and welcoming. My spa treatment was genuinely one of the best I have ever had, and the therapist completely exceeded my expectations. The facial left my skin glowing, and the massage was exceptional.
The restaurant team were equally impressive. Although there was initially a small issue locating our booking, the team handled it so professionally that it never felt like a problem. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the whole evening felt incredibly relaxing.
I would be very grateful if my feedback could be passed on to the spa therapist who carried out my treatment, the receptionist who welcomed us to the spa and explained everything we needed to know, and the lady in the restaurant who looked after us on arrival. They were all a credit to your team and made our visit particularly memorable.
Thank you for a wonderful evening – we will definitely be returning.
