Unique setting, but very peaceful!
Goose Creek State Park的点评
点评：When we first drove into the grounds of the campground, we were a bit confused. There were cut trees laying on the ground, and really no trees for shade. There was overgrown plants everywhere. The campground was really small. After setting up, we realized that all those overgrown plants were actually giving the appearance of being isolated. The bathrooms were the best and if I could give 10 stars I would!!! 😬 We drove to the beach, but decided it was nicer just staying at the campsite. There was always a cool breeze and not having trees everywhere gave a beautiful view of the stars at night. There are no marked bike trails per se, but still beautiful bike ride back and forth in the park. We did end up putting out the awning and purchasing a canopy at the local Walmart, because there is NO shade! So be prepared for that. This campground actually was one of our favorites and we stayed at 8 different campgrounds this trip.
