SM Megamall - Old but Gold!
SM超级购物中心的点评
点评：SM Megamall is a classic for a reason. For a mall that's been around for over 30 years, it's incredibly well-maintained, clean, and still feels modern. It's impressive how it handles huge weekend crowds without feeling completely chaotic. The selection of shops is world-class, from the high-end brands in the Mega Fashion Hall to the two supermarkets. The ongoing renovation, which will bring in the second IKEA, shows that this mall isn't slowing down.
The reason it's not a perfect 5 stars for me comes down to the restrooms in the older buildings (A & B). While clean, the fact that you have to buy toilet paper from a vending machine is incredibly outdated and inconvenient. Some soap dispensers were also empty during my visit. It's a stark contrast to the modern facilities in the Fashion Hall. Also, be prepared for confusing and paid parking.
Despite these issues, the overall experience is great. The mall is constantly evolving, and I'm excited to see it when the renovations are complete. I will come back again at this mall soon.
