点评：Jake’s is a special place with lovely setting indoors and outdoors. However I had some concerns from visiting last week.
The low level fence between the go karts and the lake is deteriorating in the middle section and the fence is not stable at all. Children reverse into this fence and are very close to the water with the ground sloping towards the lake. I reported this to a member of staff. Even an hour later there was no sign or barrier across to warn people. I moved a cone myself and put in front of the area.
Animal handling - a poor guinea pig was in a tiny box surrounded by benches on all sides. Lots of children there all v loud and stroking prodded the guinea pig who put its head in the corner cowering clearly distressed. The only guidance from staff was to not touch its eyes. This needs to be much more controlled with less noise and one at a time and not to prod the animal. This was so horrid to see.
Food - told on entry that hot food would finish at 415pm. When went to get at sandwich staff said they had finish too. Needs to be clearer at entry that all food stops at 415pm.

动物展示环节——一只可怜的豚鼠被关在一个小盒子里，盒子四周全是长椅。现场有很多孩子，他们吵吵闹闹，还不停地抚摸、戳弄那只豚鼠。豚鼠把头缩到角落里，显然非常害怕、痛苦。工作人员给出的唯一指示就是“不要碰它的眼睛”。其实这一过程应该受到更严格的控制：保持安静、一次只让一个孩子靠近，且不许戳弄动物。看到这一幕真是令人难受至极。食品——入场时被告知热食供应会在下午4点15分结束。去拿三明治时，工作人员说热食也供应完了。应当在入口处更明确地说明所有食品供应均于下午4点15分结束。
