Good couple of hours but could be improved with organisation

点评：We found the organisation to be poor, there was no real direction from the staff. Our booking was a mess and you can’t phone them to sort things out but have to rely on emails. Once there, we spent ages sitting downstairs with no real explanation of the next steps. Was very confusing which groups of people were racing and when. Some people went upstairs to brief and we weren’t sure whether we were to join them or not. Once given the clothing we went downstairs and again didn’t know whether meant to go outside for a kart or not. Then we were told we had to have a briefing so upstairs again. There seemed a lot of waiting around. On arrival would have been good to have the steps explained to us. The racing was good and the track was the right level for newbies. No real complaints but please have more structure on arrival for those who have never been before.
