点评:Made a reservation that was able to be cancelled 3 days in advance online. Went online 4 days prior and was told it was cancelled. Day after the reservation I got a receipt but it was an old card that I had cancelled so didn't think anything of it. 3 days later, visa provided the new debit card number to the property without my permission. I stayed at another hotel so reached out to them and my bank. 2 weeks later, a RUDE woman called. She didn't identify herself or her position. Explained it wasnt her problem and when I said well I wouldn't make 2 reservations for myself she said well we have to consistent. I asked if she could something in the name of customer service (I worked at hotels and in customer service since I was 14) she said no bc they lost that revenue for that night. Look. I know how perishability works because I have a bachelor's in tourism and an MBA, teach college and am working on my PhD. I'm not stupid and won't appreciate being talked to rudely and talked down to. Your customer service is horrid. $400 a night in August after rally on a Thursday? I didn't pay that on a Saturday at the MGM in Vegas this summer. Who do you think you are? My bank will handle this but you need to train your people on service because this isn't it.
