Clarens Wellness Day Spa的点评
点评：The experience at the spa was underwhelming to say the least. My 2 friends and I did not enjoy the full body massage at all. It was probably the coldest day in Clarens and yet the masseurs though it ok to switch off the heater in the room. That, by the way, was just plain concrete. And it made the room colder. The ladies used peppermint cream on our backs which made the cold that much more difficult to bear.
There was no ambience to the place and certainly the reception didn't feel very welcoming. The background music needs a change. We need soothing and relaxing music, not upbeat, peppy music with drums being the focal point.
It was apparent that client service is not one of their priorities. No attempt was made to make us feel welcome or comfortable. We had a free foot scrub - thanks for that.
