Not worth the money in my opinion

点评：We booked a 2hr Paint Ball Pizza Party for my son's Birthday Party on Sat 20th July. We assumed everything required for the kids to complete the day would be provided as nowhere on the website does it state the format, how many paintballs are recommended per round, or that other bookings may be paired with your group.
When we arrived we were paired with a much older group, meaning there was a mismatch in teams and my son's group was target practice for them.
The masks were smelly and needed a good cleaning, I had to purchase extra balls (I did manage to negotiate a deal on those) as the guys running the day recommended 100 balls per round. Of the two hours only 40 minutes were spent on the fields as the group that joined us arrived late - so please bear this in mind. Lots of breaks in between games of which there were 6 and each round lasted approximately 6 minutes (I timed them).
The pizzas were burnt and greasy, and the ice cream melted before the kids could eat it, so what should have been a nice day was ruined. All of the issues could have been resolved if more information had been provided upfront. The day cost me £350 and I managed to get a £48 refund on the food and ice cream but I still feel I overpaid for what we received. If expectations had been managed effectively upfront the outcome could have been different.
Something to bear in mind before you book, as the website lacks info, you find out a lot of things on the day, which had we known upfront we would not have booked the party here. Also, there are no higher-ups around on weekends to sort out any issues.
