The Hawth的点评
点评：The Hawth is an amazing place and we are very fortunate to have such a facility in ther local area, with great shows run by lovely people. BUT I don't understand why people attending the Hawth are allowed to wear multi coloured sparkling hats whilst the performance is on?
I attended the Michael Jackson show last week and found the hats very distracting, and completely at odds with attempts by the performers to create an ambience using Theatre lighting. For much of the time the audience area was in darkness (rightly so in order to create atmosphere) and yet these hats were sparkling away, a real distraction, with staff taking no action no stop it.
Presumably I would not be allowed to use a torch, mobile phone, tablet or laser pen etc whilst the show was on, so would ask that it becomes theatre policy that the wearing of such head gear (or any body lighting) is prohibited.
