点评：We are so grateful to have found a church home at Beachside. We are grateful to God for a pastor who loves his congregation so well. We are grateful for a pastor that is honest and admits he has faults. Just this past Sunday I thought it was telling of how well he loves the people of his church because he said he couldn’t sleep the night before because he was worried about the feelings that his sermon might bring up. I am thankful for a pastor that doesn’t shy away from telling us the truth. I am grateful for a church that loves my kids well. I watched Pastor Khalil cross the parking lot this week to say hi and check in on my kids and a few others. It means enough to them that he cares about them that they mention it later. I am grateful for a church that has embraced my children’s strengths and seen them as assets not competition. It’s really beautiful to be a part of a church that isn’t afraid to empower a child. My oldest is part of the worship team. She has loved singing on a lot of theatrical stages but is really grateful to be using her gifts to worship the Lord. We are grateful to have found a church home at Beachside.
