I treated my 88 year old mother to the matinee of the English Youth Ballet – Cinderella in Hollywood yesterday at Wimbledon Theatre yesterday 16th November 2024 as she lives locally.
Our tickets Stalls A14 and A15 included the Ambassador lounge experience.
I am writing to say that the Theatre was extremely cold. In the lounge we could not take our coats off and would have preferred hot chocolate to the offered cold drinks. When the show started I was actually wearing my gloves in order to try to get warm. At one point I considered leaving the show with my mother as I was worried she would become unwell due to the cold.
The temperature severely hampered our experience and the lounge experience was totally spoiled due to the cold.
This was not a cheap treat for us and we are left disappointed with our visit.
