WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre的点评
点评：We visited on a Saturday and had a brilliant day. It was dry but quite cold and overcast yet we stayed for six and a half hours. We started off with the collection birds on the left hand side of the site and thoroughly enjoyed this, we also loved all the hides this side. We fed the birds on swan lake (food in gift shop,small gripe-it wasn't made clear to us on purchase where we were able to use this)
We enjoyed the otters and the Nene's.
Moving onto the wilder side of the site gave us the opportunity to sit watching lots of birds and there were many people in the hides willing to impart their wide knowledge of the birds including an extremely knowledgeable young man in the Southern hide who was very helpful. We had a coffee and cake in the cafe that wasn't overly expensive and the pumpkin spiced cake was lovely.
Would love to visit again soon!
