Wonder World Soft Play Falkirk的点评
点评：This is the email I wrote to no reply hence now leaving this review.
“Hi there,
I would like to write this email following our visit to your Wonderworld soft play in Falkirk this evening. We usually attend the mariner Center locally but attended your facility today because we wanted to go somewhere different as a little treat for the kids and I had the grandparents to help, which was their first time here. Following the expense of your facility I felt the kids would be in for a fun filled evening. Sadly this was not the case, considering your facilities on the face of it are very good in your soft play, the cleanliness is shockingly bad. I have never been to a soft play so poorly maintained and following the price I'm in disbelief. The toilet facilities in both men's and woman's are nothing more than disgusting. There was poo on the hand soap pee all around the toilets which quite clearly wasn't new and dirt in every corner. Every bin was full to bursting over onto the floor and every wall is marked with dirty stains and half patchwork fixes. The soft play itself was also very dirty, around the full thing was filled with dust and dirt and my sons socks were black like he had been running around outside. Even the volcano was filthy. I cannot belief how much I paid for this facility for the poor standard and that is why I feel this email was necessary.
Again I please insist you look at your toilet facilities mainly before you reply to this email and let me know how it is acceptable to take a child into that condition to use.
