点评：Very disappointing. As I have 4 grandchildren, I’ve been going to Wonder World for over 10 years now and it has steadily gone downhill (as their prices have increased)! Only on-line bookings are accepted and a child’s meal has to be purchased with the ticket. It all went wrong from the start. It took 3 circuits of the car park to find parking then a 15 minute wait for admission as there was no-one manning the soft play access - though a bored young man was standing unoccupied on the trampoline park access desk. I went straight to order food as we were there at 1pm. Was told that kitchen was “backed up” and there would be a lengthy wait for children’s food and they could not offer the full range of menu options so neither of my grandsons got their food choice and had to settle for what was available! Adults could only have prepared snacks - no hot food or even a sandwich. THIS PROBLEM IS ENTIRELY OF THE OWNERS OWN MAKING as a child’s meal MUST be bought with each admission ticket so they KNOW IN ADVANCE, there will be a high demand for hot childrens meals, but fail to properly plan and staff to meet what they advertise will be available. This is at least my third visit where go-karts are not available either. They look suspiciously like the same equipment that’s been on offer for many years so suspect their batteries don’t hold the charge.
The owners have just gotten greedy over the years squeezing every penny out of customers - the children - without bothering to properly invest in the business or adequately staff it. Won’t be back again and it’s a sad end to my many hours spent here with my grandchildren. So a very regular customer lost.

这些年来，老板们变得贪婪，从顾客——孩子们——身上榨取每一分钱，却懒得在生意上好好投资，也不用配备足够的员工。我不会再来了，我和孙子孙女在这里度过的那么多时光就这样结束了，真是令人难过。就这样失去了一位老顾客。
