点评:Labranda (or Labraunda) is an interesting collection of ancient Greek & Roman ruins high in the mountains. You'll need a really good map and/or an experienced guide to drive here, there are lots of switchbacks & heavy gravel trucks (to multiple nearby quarries) to navigate through to finally get to this park (& a lonely care keeper). This was once an important religious center dedicated to Zeus.
There are plenty of placards explaining (in Turkish & English) what each building's foundation once served as. If you have some familiarity with how typical Ancient Greek (& later Roman) religious sites were laid out, you'll recognize most of them. Of particular interest is a large rock in the middle of Labranda that's been split in two, either by a lightning bolt and/or Zeus' axe (depending on what legend you prefer to believe).
Such a remote site has very small crowds, we were here on a weekday morning and had the place with one other family of visitors. The atmosphere is contemplative, you'll have created hilltop views of the surrounding countryside.
