Great location, amazing staff. Car park really busy

点评：We booked last minute for 4 children aged 12 and under,
Parking was a bit of a nightmare and expensive, so maybe get there with plenty of time. We did go on a Sunday afternoon on a rare sunny day in March.
Booking was really easy and the staff were amazing. (Everything is cheaper booked/bought online, gloves etc)
We was greeted by Jordan who talked to the children and explained how everything works, he is really chatty and amazing with interacting with the kids.
My child went down the zip line multiple times and she said that a member of staff named Abbie was really nice to her and was really helpful. My nephew was rescued by Jordan, he reassured him and was really patient and encouraged him enough for him to carry on the course alone and enjoy the rest of the day.
The staff at this Go Ape are the most accommodating and attentive, they genuinely care that the children have the best experience.
We will definitely be making this Go Ape our choice of location for future visits.
The children all had a wonderful time, which was made better by lovely staff.
It would be helpful when you pay for Go Ape you should be entitled to free parking or discounted parking at this location.
