点评：Absolutely appalled by the way we were spoken to on the phone at Hollywood bowl Cwmbran.
We rang up to change our booking as we were previously going to go in December however, one of the party became unwell so we had to rebook.
We called up today so that we could rebook our game. When we called the woman said she had to call us back as she had to check we were telling the truth about a discount code. However another lady called us back with such an attitude, we didn’t realise it was another member of staff called Leah where she borderline called us liars due to the fact the other lady said we could pay the rest on the day where Leah proceeded to say “well we have been on the phone for 4 minutes so how could I have said that to you” we did not appreciate the tone. There was other parts of the conversation where she decided to speak to us like absolute rubbish.
