点评：We had the most wonderful experience at Klein Roosboom Wine Estate, and the service truly made it unforgettable.
From the moment we arrived, Kenneth, the car guard, welcomed us and guided us to parking. Even when we realized the space wasn’t quite big enough, he handled it with such good humour. Big smile on his face, The jokes we shared had us all laughing — he has an amazing personality and is honestly one of the friendliest and most genuine people you could meet.
And then there’s Praise, our waitress — absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, she took care of us with such warmth and professionalism. She served with a constant smile, brought such positive energy to our lazy chilled grass picnic seating day, and really went the extra mile. What stood out most was how she double-checked ingredients before recommending dishes, making sure we were completely comfortable with our choices. That level of care is rare and so appreciated.
Praise is truly a star — attentive, knowledgeable, and just a beautiful presence. We will definitely be asking for her again when we return.
