Experience Limits East Fortune的点评
点评：I bought my partner 3 laps in a Lamborghini, we traveled some distance to arrive at 3:15 for his 3:30 time slot. Queued for ages to check in, once we actually made it to the top of the queue he was informed there was an additional £25 to pay for incidental insurance as apparently people often hit cones etc and would be held liable for the damage. They were keen to push additional laps and even charged extra for a 2 min “track familiarisation” lap.
We waited for 1.5 hrs on a hot day with no shade and no seating, my partner finally got his laps at 5pm. The “track” is a disused bit of airstrip sectioned off with cones and a full lap take’s just a few seconds with no opportunities to actually test the speed and power of the vehicles.
As we waited a member of staff came round and asked if everyone would participate in a free competition; leave a 5 star trip advisor review and one person would win a free lap. Keep this in mind when reading reviews, I know that a good few people left 5 star reviews as part of this “competition”. When you have to bribe your customers to leave positive reviews you’re acknowledging there is a problem.
My partner really enjoyed his laps though even after waiting for so long, it was over within a few minutes. He was offered additional laps at additional cost, £10 per lap.
It’s almost impossible to take an photos of the experience on your own device but there is of course the option to purchase their pictures at the end. We were horrified to see that the picture would be £29 + £10 printing fee, needless to say we didn’t bother.
This is not a business who is focusing on providing a good all round experience, it’s a barely masked money churn. If you’re looking for a super car driving experience save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
