Great experience, terrible organistion

点评：I wish I could do this in 2 parts. The cars, instructors and experience of the driving are great, cannot say enough good things. Short circut but it's fine for an experience. The organisation though is horrendous. Arrived early for a slot, driver briefing was in a "few minutes", turned out that was 30 minutes. Hard sell on the CDW which we paid anyway. After which called straight away for 2 famiisation laps as a passenger in a people carrier which was fun. The fun stopped there, 2 hour wait to get in the car, 2 hours in which multiple people had multiple runs in different cars. Watch on in frustration as the car you've booked is sitting there with a succession of 12 year oldscalled up to drive it at 10mph around the "circut", and still you wait. 90 minutes later after zero info asked if we were on the list, yes but many in front of you. Can I rearrange? No, you turned up today. Can I get a refund, no, the small prints says allow between 2 and 4 hours. Booking times mean nothing at all and if you are only booked for one car you wait and wait and wait and wait. Watching kids who need booster seats try to handle a Ferrari 458 around a coned circut without ever having driven a car. The idea is great, the organisation is terrible and the excuses and T&C's rife. Spoiled what should have been a great day, would never do again.
