点评:I am so sad to see how terrible the customer service now is for this company. We chartered with them several times in the past and had good experiences. Just the booking for this trip has been a nightmare. From them double charging our credit card over $8000 without anyone calling us back for weeks to fix this to the still one month later and can not get anyone to call us back to fix the credit on our account. We have probably talked to people on the phone > 10 times and this is one of the many days I was told a manager was busy and would call me right back at 8 am and it still has not happened. Amazing that a company can overcharge by thousands of dollars and then have people repeatedly not be able to help. It seems that everyone works from home and no one communicates with each other. Used to be a great company so sad to see how downhill customer service has gone.
