Horrible Icar Karting experience

点评：I do not recommend Icar Karting. We had a reservation for 8 on a Saturday at 14:00. We were delayed to race until 17:00! The staff was completely lost and overwelmed by the amount of reservations. We had to wait so long without food and eventually ran out of drinks in the vending machine (no water on site or powerade). The track was awful... the normal track, the one with the RT8 karts, it is on an old parking lot filled with bumps, drains, cracks (almost dangerously with old parking speed bumps!) right in your apex. On the longest straight line of the course, the kart literally jumps in the air because of a drain bump, right before the curve! The track could be fun if the concrete was redone! We asked to go to the elite track with the SR5, once we were qualified to do so after the first race in RT8 (as advertised) and the manager refused to take our money for the difference, said we had to come a different day or get refunded (even though the guy on the track said he had enough time take us). One of the girls at the counter even said she was hungover and didn't want to be there. We went Saturday July 16th for my birthday, took the 3x15min races for 100$ for 8 people, left the site starving at about 19:00... I guess if you go there, the Elite track is a must but we will never go back there for sure!
