Lofge amd staff left alot to be desired. Cabins, the park itself, the horses, and pool were impeccable.

点评：The park itself was absolutely stunning. The cabins are beautiful and have everything you need just like a home… except wifi. All of the other KY state parks we have stayed at offered wifi in their cabins. Since it was a workcation we stayed in the lodge the next two days and that was not a good experience. The lodge rooms are dated. No microwave. There is no continental breakfast, which you would think would atleast be included at a minimum because of the cost of the lodge rooms, lack of microwave, and no stores nearby, Front desk staff acted like you were really putting them out by asking any questions about any amenities. There is a camp store for snacks but you can’t sustain on that for 4 days. It essentially forces you to eat at theor restaurant for every meal or drive 30 minutes to town. A recessed light bulb in the bathroom fell out of the ceiling and crashed onto thr floor and my son was standing in there and cut his foot . I let the office know and they said we will have someone fix the light. No concern at all that my son to have glass removed from his foot. and pool was clean, park was impeccable, and the horses that they use for trail rides were very well cared for.
