点评：This was a 14 days/13 nights tour with a group of 7 to 12. Generally, the company did well and they responded promptly to all issues encountered. We had 4 good tour guides out of 5. Queues were generally ok and the guides were knowledgeable. Hotels were above average with the one in Shanghai being excellent. Xi'an and Zhangjiajie were very touristy and breakfast at the hotels were uncomfortable as the dining hall was full by 7am. This tour is good for first timers who want to see the most places in the least amount of time. However, it didn't feel too rushed. The timings for internal transport (train and flight) were a bit late especially the flight from Zhangjiajie to Shanghai, which was further delayed by 1.5 hours in our case. There may not have been too many alternatives though. Overall, I would highly recommend TCT as the company was very responsible and catered for individual needs whenever possible.
