点评：I've been going to this shop since I was a young child, and have nearly 100% been satisfied. I went in today with a friend of mine. We were really surprised by the lack of choices in the prepackaged items. There were no variety bags, but mainly prepackaged chippers throughout that section. They did have boxes with a variety of chocolates and some of the platters, but the boxes were not even sealed, neither inside nor outside the box, and there were no boxes for display purposes so you could see what was inside! Without any protection I did not want to purchase any of those. Though it was not busy, and there were three women behind the counter not a single one asked us if we needed any assistance. One smiled, and the other two were as sober and as deadpan and antisocial as could be. We each purchased items and I'm not sure if the woman who helped us even said thank you because she mumbled so low. I inquired about a couple things but I was met with disinterested eyes and no words. Without asking she threw away my receipt, and I requested to have it so she took the crumpled receipt out of the drawer and set it on the counter with no words. My friend made her purchase after me and she did the same thing, rather than ask she threw her receipt and my friend had to ask if she could retrieve the receipt. I am not eager to go back at any time soon. Customer service has definitely changed. Such a shame.
