Our team has explored Deosai numerous times with tourists, and each visit is a unique adventure. The best time to visit is during July, when the plateau is in full bloom, showcasing lush meadows, wildflowers, and a vibrant display of wildlife.
If you're in the Skardu area, Deosai is easily accessible and can be explored as a day trip. However, we always recommend spending at least a night in the park, as there is so much more to discover — from the serene Sheosar Lake to the thrilling views of the Bara Pani River and the chance to spot the elusive Himalayan brown bear.
Whether you’re a nature lover, photographer, or simply looking for an unforgettable high-altitude experience, Deosai is a must-visit in Gilgit-Baltistan.
