Disappointed by main railway line next to Stone Barn accommodation. Trains and road can be heard throughout the garden

点评：We were very disappointed to find that the stone barn is located immediately beside a main railway line, where you can see and hear trains, a crucial detail that is not mentioned anywhere on your website or promotional materials. The 24 hour noise from passing trains seriously impacted our stay, making it impossible to enjoy the “tranquillity and peace” described in your listing. Photos show how near the line is behind the shrubs.
The trains run frequently and can be heard clearly throughout the gardens, often hooting as they pass. Additionally, there is constant noise from a busy road, adding to the overall disturbance.
For anyone with sensory sensitivities, such as ADHD or those who rely on hearing aids, this level of noise is very difficult to manage. We feel this important information should be clearly disclosed.
We’ve asked for a refund.
