点评：My experience with Tony at Starts Fashion Tailor in Cape Panwa, Phuket has been nothing short of infuriating and completely unprofessional.
Back in July, we trusted Tony with three custom jumpsuits, and my friend gave him a jacket to be relined. Tony repeatedly reassured us that the work would be finished before we left Thailand.
At the last minute, he suddenly claimed he couldn’t complete anything — but promised he would finish everything after we left and ship the items to us immediately.
That promise meant absolutely nothing.
Since then, we’ve been dealing with months of excuses, delays, and constantly changing stories, including:
• “My tailor isn’t available,”
• “It’s low season,”
• “I’ll send it next week,”
• “I’ll update you soon,”
and other excuses that make no sense at all.
It is now November, and we have received none of the items we paid for.
No tracking number.
No confirmed shipping date.
No accountability.
Just empty promises.
Tony at Starts Fashion Tailor has taken our money, wasted our time, and failed to deliver anything he committed to. The lack of professionalism and honesty is extremely disappointing.
There are many reliable tailors in Phuket — but Tony at Starts Fashion Tailor in Cape Panwa is absolutely not one of them. I strongly recommend avoiding this business.
