点评:Had I been able bodied this would have been a 5 star review as the music was amazing. However, despite the fact that I was told the mezzanine area was available (email correspondence) I ended up being put in a chair at the foot of the stage. Cancer in the neck makes it very painful to look upwards and I didn't have the energy to fight through the crowd to see the manager again (I had already said that I didn't feel comfortable being put at groin height amongst dancers) The rope put around my seat was of no use and people crowded over the top of me taking photos. We had to leave early and my comments to the manager were minimised and brushed off. It's very difficult to understand disability and its impact but 'lived experience' needs to be taken seriously. My carer was not given a free ticket as advertised. I was left feeling in extra pain and miserable and it ruined my daughter's birthday.
