Dominican Quest - Tours的点评
点评：My 2 girlfriends & I used Dominican Quest for our airport transfers each way, transport to Santo Domingo and back for an overnight trip and for 2 different excursions. To say DQ was amazing would be an understatement! From the start email correspondence and planning with Julio was so easy and responsive. He arranged us airport transfers, even when our flight home was rescheduled to a full day later the night before we were supposed to leave he easily got it all handled. His response time was always quick and friendly. We did the Whale watching excursion & and the Bacardi island excursion, we had originally planned to go to Isla Saona, but due to weather Julio contacted us and let us know we’d have a better trip to Bacardi Island instead, and not to worry about the price difference! We appreciated the heads up to ensure our trip was perfect.
The excursions themselves were great and well worth the money! Bacardi Island is absolutely breathtaking, the lunch provided was authentic and delicious. Whale watching was so exhilarating, we saw plenty of whales then followed it with a couple hours on Cayó Levantado with another yummy lunch provided.
The best part of our experience with DQ was by far our driver Luis! He was our driver for our whole trip (other than the first airport transfer) which really made us girls feel comfortable. He was so nice and accommodating to us, he always had beer in the cooler and asked if we needed stops or wanted to see anything. On one particular transfer he was going to wait in the car while we walked ourselves around Tres Ojos, after helping us get tickets purchased he started back for the car, a man came up to us and started speaking Spanish that we didn’t understand, we don’t know exactly what transpired but Luis came back over, made him leave then proceeded to come down and walk with us the whole 2 + hours we wandered around down there, even though this was not an activity we booked through DQ. He took our pictures and just hung out, never rushing us. Luis was a true delight and made us feel so safe!
We are already discussing coming back and no other company will get our business as long as Julio and Luis work there! Thank you so much,
