点评：If you’re serious about this area’s wine, M Cellars should be your first stop. Our visit began with a cheerful greeting and a trip to the upstairs windows to watch freshly harvested grapes being processed and a view of the sprawling vineyards. This scene was expertly narrated by a knowledgeable gentleman named Chris. We next went back downstairs for an educational series of tasting, guided by Chris, during which he taught us with in-depth explanations of nuances and varietals, tailored to each of our palates and preferences.
The winery itself is clean and inviting with ample parking. Charcuterie foods were available. There is plenty of seating inside and out. There are several wineries in this area, some geared toward socializing, some toward food. M Cellars is a wonderful choice for an all-around lovely experience.
