点评:I have had two recent experiences of K2 policies that make me feel that the K2 management need to be reminded that they actually provide a service to paying customers and not cash cows.
I pay K2 a not inconsiderable monthly membership fee, purely to ensure that I have the right to book busy fitness classes two weeks in advance. On one occasion, I woke up in the morning feeling really ill so I had to cancel the booking for my 1130am class. I was fined about 10% of my monthly fee, because the cancellation was done under 4 hours of the start of the class i.e after 730am!!!
The second incident relates to lost property - in this case an £80 steel HydrateSpark water bottle purchased from Apple, that I left in the K2 changing rooms at about 10pm one night. I called K2 first thing the next morning to ask if the bottle had been handed in. Imagine m disdain when I was told that cleaners are instructed to throw away all water bottles and not hand them in. Obviously this is a sensible policy for plastic water bottles but is totally ridiculous for reusable bottles - especially ones like mine which are used to ensure hydration which is critical for managing a health condition. The reason that companies have lost property is because things of value sometime get forgotten including water bottles!!!
