Great spa, food not so great.

点评：I visited for a spa day alongside my Mum for her birthday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. We began our day with a tour from Lydia who was super friendly and smiley. I had a massage and facial with Molly, she was outstanding, very professional and my treatments were great.
The facilities are good, everything is very clean, tidy and the Temple Spa products in the changing areas are lovely.
The only negative for us was the food. For a 5-star establishment, I’d expect much better, especially at the prices they charge. Working in hospitality myself, I was confused as to why one of the chefs with a long beard did not have this covered. However, the restaurant staff were really helpful and polite, so it was no fault of theirs. Additionally, the coffee was rancid, I think it was from a vending machine. For coffees around £5 a pop, I would expect much better.
All in all, I would definitely visit again. However, I would consider a spa package that does not include a meal in the Ozone restaurant as it was not up to standard whatsoever.
