点评：My friend and I booked scuba diving trip to Costa Rica with Nadine and Bill Beard for July 2025. But it turned out to be so much more than that! From the initial contact with the Beards it felt like planning a trip with the old fiends. Nadine has asked about what our other interests were beside scuba, our activity levels, tolerance to physical strain, etc. In the process, we've started to feel like we've known them for years. Nadine has made it feel so easy and stress less that we didn't realized how much work went into it until after the trip was over. The tour package they had put together for us was not a simple one, but it didn't feel complicated at all. All of the details were discussed and spelled out ahead of time and put together in writing as a trip plan. Not just like day-to-day script but, when needed, hour-by-hour. And through the entire trip Nadine and Bill were just a phone call or text away. The personal touch they've provided to us was, as we realized after returning home, unique and outstanding. That's what sets them apart from other travel agencies I've dealt with in the past. I know what I'm talking about, because I've travel a lot in my life, all over the world. I wish I could call on them for my other travel needs, but they focus on Costa Rican adventures because they'd live there for more than 30 years. In addition, they are expert divers and adventurers themselves. And they know the business intimately because they've started many of the scuba diving shops themselves in the past.
Five stars to you, Nadine and Bill, for your services. I'd give you 6 stars, but it's not an option.
