点评：and you are professional, you know that if you can't make your promises, you are the one as the business owner who needs to alert the customer that you are having challenges... nope, not with Robert. We had to hound him, until he was like, he is failing to send the pictures and videos. He then said he will do it first thing in the morning the following day. Then morning came, we had to follow up... and this is when I was appalled by the lack of professionalism. He immediately tried to turn victim that he is poor and does not have fast internet so he struggles. If you know business, you know that you are not gonna promise a service you actually know you don't have the means to provide. I mean... when he promised to send the videos... didn't he already know that he has internet issues? Where's the professionalism here??? He made it seem like we are being troublesome to him... mind you, we have fully paid this man and did not even like ask for a discount. We paid what he charged...now how do you then turn victim. Business is an exchange, we honored our part of the deal, he just needed to honor his.
Then finally he send pictures, after fighting, we were so happy that finally we will get to see the pictures and we will be happy... well, jokes on us... Robert actually didn't send all the pictures.... I'm like? What? He is backing down on his promises AGAIN.
My partner was so livid. He then promised that he will send later on when he comes back from work. Got to the end of the day. We had to fight again for him to send something. He finally sent pictures but AGAIN, there were missing ones. We fought and fought until now when we are actually are tired.
I was not gonna send a bad review but no, Robert did us dirty and when service is not good, it needs to be exposed.
