点评：I went with my brother to see a movie in early January 2025. Unfortunately, there were bratty kids in the same showing as us. They began chucking sweets at me and my brother. I had to go out and complain about them twice. The first time the guy told me he would talk to his supervisor, I watched him enter another room and come out and tell me she would be in to shout at them in a minute. I went back in and waited for them to be told off but nobody entered. The kids were still chucking sweets at us, by that time the floor where we sat was covered in them. I went out a second time and spoke to the supervisor personally. She said she warned them about their behaviour when they had left to go to the toilet and then said she would be in and out to keep an eye on them. I did not see her do that and of course, the kids were still chucking the stuff. They then decided to leave (but not before throwing a bunch of sweets again) I guess they got bored or knew I would complain about them again, which I was about to do, to demand they just be removed already. Looking back, I should've demanded they be removed the second time actually, since they were already on their first warning. The staff should have been more concerned with this than they actually were. They treated this way too casually, they should've gone in to remove them the second time I complained instead of saying they'd go in to keep an eye and then appear to not even do that.
