Woodbury Park Golf Club的点评
点评：First point the TA map position of this hotel is in error, it’s about 1 mile to the east of Woodbury village, just off B3180. There is a large free car park, with reception close by. You get a well furnished comfortable room, with bathroom and small balcony overlooking the golf course. You get a decent hot drinks tray, with coffee bags, rather than an unbranded instant mush, 2 packs of biscuits and bottles of water.WIFI is free and worked well. A major attraction was the gym, with a good selection of apparatus, which was busy in the evening, but we did an hour before entering the spa. There is an 18m pool, beds by the pool, with 3 lanes for swimming, a couple of jacuzzis, steam room and sauna, which is open to 9pm and free. There are changing rooms by the pool, take a pound for the lockers and we brought our towelling robes, but then found some in the bathroom. You can hire them from reception. We ate in the atrium restaurant, hadn’t booked and it was 8pm, so a lot of food on the menu wasn’t available, but we ate a curry and pasta, which did the job, along with a few draught pints. Prices are similar to local pubs. Overall good hotel with great free gym and spa.
