Relaxing half day experience
Vale Spa的点评
点评：I booked a half day at the Vale Spa back in April as a birthday gift and attended yesterday (2nd of July). I booked through SpaSeekers and on the same day as booking, The Vale emailed me straight away to confirm my booking and timings and the customer service on email and phone since has been exceptional.
I had booked a half day experience which included use of the spa facilities, a 50 minute treatment of my choice and a 2 course lunch. The experience was great, from start to finish.
Upon arrival, Jamie was very welcoming. He explained everything thoroughly, guiding us around the spa to get our bearings and answered any questions we had. He is an asset to the team.
The facilities included the pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzis, water beds, light therapy room and multiple other relaxation rooms - it's been revamped in recent months and has a wonderful ambiance to it.
I opted for a facial and the treatment was amazing. The therapists were on time with everyone's bookings and displayed great professionalism also. The rooms were set up beautifully, with dim lights, scenic music and an array of scents - it definitely gets you in relaxation mode
We made the most of the spa before heading down to lunch in the restaurant before heading off for the day. You had a buffet lunch spread with salad bowls, hot dishes and desserts and an array of drinks, including freshly made smoothies. The staff in the restaurant were also very welcoming and there if you needed anything.
All in all, we had a wonderful day and would definitely visit again.
