Very poor spa
The Retreat Leisure Club & Spa at Redworth Hall Hotel的点评
点评：This is definitely not a retreat.
When we arrived, there were no staff in sight. Eventually a girl arrived and seemed to not really know what was going on and said she'd "let them know" we were there.
We did get a smoothy and the lunch forms to fill in.
After that we were left to our own devices. No one showed us round, told us where anything was or how anything worked.
The "spa" was a very small pool, a jacuzzi that was out of order, a steam room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and a sauna.
The outside area was blocked off with no explanation.
The pool area was dirty, dusty, the tables hadn't been cleaned. There were no additional towels to grab.
There was a woman wandering round who worked there but other than doing a walk round the pool maybe 3 times in the 4 hours we were there I'm not sure what her purpose was as she didn't collect any glasses, she didn't clean anything up etc.
We had food after, waited 10 mins at the bar as there was no staff there to help.
Food was ok, but pub grub at best.
Overall this is no better than a local community pool, with dirty facilities and very little service. They clearly haven't spent any money on this place in a long time.
With places like The Ramside, Rockcliffe and Seaham Hall not that far away do not waste your money going to Redworth Hall

之后我们吃了点东西，在酒吧等了10分钟，因为那里没有工作人员帮忙。
食物还可以，但充其量只是酒吧小吃。
总的来说，这里并不比当地社区的游泳池好，设施脏乱，服务也很少。他们显然很久没有在这个地方花钱了。
