The Retreat Leisure Club & Spa at Redworth Hall Hotel的点评
点评：This was a present off our two children to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary
Let’s be honest it’s a lot of money for children to spend only for us want to come home as soon as possible
The setting and the building itself are wonderful, it was a lovely evening so we decided to sit outside only to have to go indoors because of the wasps
Clearly, the hotel has a problem
We decided to sit in the cocktail bar for a more relaxed evening meal, the service was very slow and the cocktail bar could do with updating scruffy carpet and old tables and chairs saying that the food was lovely
Wishing we had made the decision to eat in the main restaurant
We decided not to use the spa after looking it on the evening of our arrival very dated small and scruffy looking
It didn’t get any better when I went to bed very uncomfortable bed and pillows
I just wanted to come home
Safe to say I’m very upset that my children has spent all this money on what should’ve been a memorable occasion for all the right reasons
I won’t be coming back
