Not ideal for solo Spa goers
The Retreat Leisure Club & Spa at Redworth Hall Hotel的点评
点评：I booked a well deserved Spa Day, chose the most expensive one as I felt I was worth it after the stress of work.
Morning started out fine, they had moved my afternoon massage to the morning but that was ok, went into the restaurant for lunch, explained that I was half an hour early, and could I have my lunch earlier and they said yes, would I like a glass of prosecco, obviously I said yes. I was put on a table around the corner at the end.
Half an hour later I went up to the bar and asked if I could have the prosecco and the lady behind the counter said, "Oh sorry I forgot you were there!" twenty minutes later I was given (almost chucked on the table) my Chicken Caesar Salad, made with mayonnaise and ham??? I found 2 anchovies cut in half and the lettuce didn't look washed, no flavour in the salad at all..
The couple who came to their table behind me half an hour later than me was on their dessert. I put my plate to the side and waited for service, and still waited for service after 15 minutes I went back to the bar to seek my dessert, nobody was there.
I went back to the Spa and explained my sorry experience and the lovely lady (Jess) asked if I wanted a dessert to take away, I said I would go back to the pool ~ after a few minutes I just didn't feel like it and decided to come home.
I was made to feel unimportant as a single spa day user and I will not be going back there.

我回到水疗中心，解释了我这次糟糕的体验，那位可爱的女士（Jess）问我要不要带甜点，我说要回泳池~几分钟后，我就不想去了，决定回家。
作为一个只在水疗中心待一天的顾客，我感觉自己不重要，以后再也不会去了。
